I have a Brinkmann Pittmaster Deluxe for the house, need something bigger though, as I had to pull the butts off and finish them in the oven, they still came out awesome. _________________ Alex

The eats look really good. I would of posted but I joined AFTER I ate the evidence. Ribs and Chicken came out good but the sholder roast took a long time. The family liked it and thats all that matters. Again, Good Pix. |

Alex,
Everything looks great, wish I could have been there. I had to settle for steamed little neck clams and raw oysters. |

I did up some ribs and a million kabons this weekend. Here are a few shots of the ribs. I had to modify my little weber to get the ribs to fit. They were damn good. I tried 3 different rubs, mostly from recipes that I borrowed here! The days of trying to offset cook on this little weber are gone, I manned up last night and picked up a Chargriller Super Pro! Now we are cooking with charcoal!
Justg before putiing them on, waiting for the weber to come down to temp.
1 hour
Almost done!
