Well I found this great forum and have been reading some great threads. Ive been grilling for years and love to do it. Have a buddy that always tells me he loves to smoke ribs, pork etc. So I thought Id get my feet wet. Picked up a used Brinkman Smoke n pit for nothing used to try my luck. So hopefully my grilling skills can translate over into learning how to create a controlled fire  So Ill be firing out some questions and reading alot from you seasoned pro's.
