The smoker is the Barbeques Galore Bar-B-Chef. Best $230.00 I ever spent.

You guys are making me homesick. I spent the last week at a Disney resort and they have noooo idea what smoked BBQ really is. The closest thing I have found is smoked chicken at Chevy’s in the crossroads plaza off Disney property.

I agree, that sure is a nice looking smoker, and some nice meat it produced. A+ all the way.

Also noticed the tomatoes. Store bought. They sure looked good too. Did they taste like home grown?

You have a good point........KC is pretty bad......and I agree the Mets look good....though I still think NY is a Yankee town (except for the diehard Met fans and fair weather types who only come out when the Mets win)........then again growing up in a house where my dad was friends with some of the Yankee broadcasters and used to bring them upstate (along with players like Dent) for clinics and banquets (he was head coach of my hs and ran babe ruth til only like 2 years ago)........I was spoiled rotten towards the Yankees.........will pm you the number.......going to bed for 1.5 hours about now(lol..and if baby woke up my wife would keel haul us), but feel free to call and yak it up any time bro.......

Great looking food, Technonut! Everything looks great, but the last picture of the pulled pork sammie sent me over the edge. I wonder if any grocery stores that are open today have any butts? Laughing

The tomatoes surprised me... They really have some good flavor. Not like mushy cardboard at all.

LOL! C'mon over, there is plenty left. Wink

Well, today will wind this smoke down with some small briskets... I think they turned out pretty well. (very tender) Check out the smoke ring:

BTW: the briskets are NOT coated in BBQ sauce... I used a glaze made from the reduced juices when I had them in foil for a couple of hours in the smoker... Wink
