Does anyone use a Guru/Stoker with a O.K. Joe or similar type COS? I can not afford the expensive smokers usually used with these, but could sure do with out the constant baby sitting my Longhorn takes on long cooks. I am contstantly messing with the dampers, and wanted to know if investing in a Guru would help me out. Any help here is greatly appreciated.
