| Thanks to all for the help given me about "Rubs without peppers." You all were helpful, even if all you did was look. The next question is one that makes me a "rookie" for life. What spices go with, beef, pork, or poultry? Is there a book about what goes with what? Or Is it a trial & error thing? ~Mike |
