Doing a brisket soon and need some help with my rub and mop. Any ideas ?? If anyone could share what they use it that would be great.

Keep it simple on the rub. Salt pepper onion powder, garlic powder, maybe some paprika for color.
I don't mop, but I foil it after it hits 165* internal and take it up to 200ish* when measured in the flat, or until it's tender.
