well got bored so made some new rubs to try this weekend. here they are.
same ingredients just different amounts to change outcome. # 1 is a all around good flavor, #2 is sweeter, and #3 is spicier. I like them all and will let you know how they taste after i cook with them.
Rub # 1
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp season salt
2 tsp dry mustard
4 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tbsp cayenne
2 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion salt
¾ tbsp black pepper
Rub # 2
5 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tbsp pepper
1 tsp onion salt
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp dry mustard
2 tbsp season salt
1 tbsp chili powder
Rub # 3
3 tbsp season salt
2 tbsp cayenne
1 tbsp dry mustard
½ tbsp white pepper
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp paprika |

| tried rubs and found out that the first one is good. the second is pretty much bland and the third is too peppery. thinking about mixing two and three togethor and try it out. well it was worth a try i guess. |

| the first one is good, used more cayenne and cut out the chilli powder b/c didnt have any. |
