BBQDAWG posted his first fattie the other day and I saw it yesterday and said I would do one today so...........................
The batteries were dead in my camera so no before pics, sorry
I used Owens regular, onion, bell pepper, mushroom, cheddar, and pizza blend cheese. Cooked it on the Weber kettle about 3hrs. I should have made 2 since the wife and I ate the whole thing. Next time.  |
