It looks like I am the first entry into the TD.
Ladies and Gentlemen, I present, "A cup, a cup and a cup".
The ingredients: 1 cup of Parmesan cheese (grated) , 1 cup of diced sweet onion, 1 cup of mayonnaise. I used light mayonnaise for this, since it is what I had on hand, and who can't benefit from a little less cholesterol.
I used half of the onion, diced to 1/4 inch. this is the most labor intensive part of the prep. Using a full bottle of mayo will probably shave 30 seconds or more off of the prep time.
Prep and combine the three ingredients gives you this:
Total prep time at this point is 5 minutes.
Into the Nuker for 5 minutes, and the finished product is ready for the table.
Serve with Corn chips. I prefer the Frito lay scoop size. _________________ Addicted to ABT's |

Well, the BF convinced me to use this little "gem" as my game face. Since temps at my house topped out at 26.8°F, I guess it seems appropriate. . . .

Full goggles to wade through the smoke from her EBO, she forgot the fresh air supply tank like the firemen wear. I am sure someone will let her borrow one. ( I know I am gonna get slapped for this by Debbie but whitey made me type it.) Yeh thats my story.......... _________________ Always remember slow and steady wins the race.

What do the temps have to do w/beer goggles? What does your BF look like w/out them?
I'm sorry, it was there for the pick'n. FWIW, could have been worse.
I'll put myself out there for ya sometime, Smokehound. On the nice side, you do make it "lively" around here, thanks. _________________ Louisiana "Whole Hog" smoker

Well here is a quick and easy recipe for appetizers for the throw down. The nice thing about this recipe is that you can change out the ingredients and sub with others to make many different versions of the same appetizer.
Sombreros
Start by preheating your grill or smoker to 300 degrees . If you are using a smoker, make sure you have burnt down the wood to coals to avoid over smoking this dish. While the smoke flavoring will add to the overall taste, the smoke residue on the pie crust is not very appealing.
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Cream Cheese
2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
16 ea. Little Smokies
4 ea. American Cheese Slices
3 ea. Jalapenos
1 tsp. Parsley Flakes
Prep Time and cooking time is about 45 minutes start to finish.
We start by cutting the jalapenos into circles and punching out the seeds and vein. Keep the slices to less than a pencil with wide to avoid overpowering the appetizer.
Once the jalapenos are cut, place them on a skewer (to keep them from falling thru the grates) and place in your cooker (indirect heat) for about 20 minutes to soften the jalapenos and make it easier to put on the smokies.
After you have placed the jalapenos on the grill, open a instant pie crust box and roll out one crust. Using a pizza cutter, cut the pie crust into 3x3 squares (or as close to it as possible.)
Using your hand, pre-warm each square (to aid in forming) an push into a mini-miffin pan that has been pre-greased. Place this pan in the cooker for approximately 10 minutes to allow the dough to start to rise (but not become crisp.)
While that and the jalapenos are cooking, microwave a package of cream cheese and mix in the Irish cream and parsley. Mix until smooth.
Using the pizza Cutter again, cut the American cheese into small strips. *** I am using American Cheese because it melts easy and is a little salty.
After approximately 10 minutes of cooking for the dough, spoon in a dollop of the cream cheese mixture into each sombrero , place a smokie into the center and a jalapeno ring around each smokie.
Finish off garnishing the dish by placing the cheese around each smokie.
Cook for approximately 20 minutes or until the dough starts to brown and the cheese first starts to melt. You can tell that the smokies are done because they will start to bubble out of their tips.
Allow to cool (remember hot cream cheese in the mouth is not good) and serve warm or slightly above room temp.
While I am not as cute as some of you (you know who you are) Here is required mug shot!

Beer goggles. . .that’s funny. I’ll play along with that: I don’t think these are very good ones because the BF looks basically the same (and just as cute) with or without them. The types your wives use all the time are likely WAAAY better than mine . . . .
K.A.M.. . . . Nice try, but it’s not ME who owns an EBO. But, way to throw a brother under the bus! Maybe you can make it up to whitey by smoking your specialty dish for him. . . .
Whitey, you seem confused – again. . . . You okay my friend??? Well, no worries because KAM’s gonna make you your favorite dish to make up for throwing you under the bus earlier. . . . (dude, you can totally put your EBO away now)
Mike: Naaa, I don’t do it the same way you have to do it at your house. . . . I can cut my briskets and butts with a fork. . . .
Alright boys. . . where are YOUR game faces????????? _________________
