You'll need:
Pulled pork cooked/warm
Apple Juice AKA AJ
Daddydawg's KC Rub
Daddydawg's BBQ Sauce
Mini Fillo Shells
Prep time:10 mins
Ingredients:

Mix AJ,Rub,BBQ sauce with Pulled Pork till moist NOT wet

Fill shells with about 1Tsp of Pulled pork mix

Bake 5 mins and remove (add cilantro leaf on top Optional)

Hot,single,and knows how to cook!

I'm actually not in this, but this is a good one for the inlaws.

Appetizer- 1/2"X8" PVC pipe. 1/2" marshmallows.

Place marshmallows in mouth(to get wet), then shoot said marshmallows at inlaws. Aim for the eyes, ears, mouth, or ........anywhere they would stick that would be funny.

Main Course- 30pk natty light, bag of cheetos.

Dessert - inlaws contact lens stuck to marshmallow while lick'n cheese off fingers from cheetos.

Its been a long weekend so hope I am not to late but here you go, First one is the 3 ingredent catagory its clausen pickles the round ones, cream cheese, and dryed beef. spread room temp cream cheese on a slice of dryed beef then wrap around the pickle, chill slice serve

next bean roll ups 1 can of refried beans, chopped green onions, 1 brick of cream cheese, one can of chillis, taco season packet, chopped olives and tortillia pads,mix all of the ingredents except the pads then spread iton the pads roll them up refregerate then slice serve with salsa.

next Cheese orb, one block or cream cheese 1 package of dryed beef, 1 package of green onions chopped, 1 tsp of accent, 2 tsp wortershere sauce squeeze together till mixed together form into a ball serve with crackers.

lastley artachoke dip, 1 cup of mayo, one cup of parmesan cheese, 1onion diced small, one box of spinich drained and thawed, chopped roasted red pepper,mixed together and bake at 425 for about 20 minutes. serve with corn chips.

Good to see you back. Weird evening, judge smalltruck got called away on business, too. If each of you could PM me your Top 3/4 choices in order as soon as you can, I'll post results first thing after I recover, er, get them.

That's funny! Just wish I would have known about this back when I was married (could have come in mighty handy)!! Just might have to try this on the kids!

We had our Holiday Open House this weekend. Here's the grub:

Full spread(minus the crostini)


Mini Phyllo shells w/ whipped raspberry chocolate ganache
Shells, chocolate, cream, Chambord, raspberries for garnish.


Mini shells w/ amaretto cheescake filling and fig preserves
Shells, store-bought Philly cheesecake filling, amaretto, fig preserves, toasted almonds for garnish.


Elephant ears w/ sundried tomato and arugula pesto
Puff pastry, sundried tomatos, arugula, garlic, parmesean, toasted almonds, olive oil, egg wash.


Spicy hummus w/ veg and toasted lavash chips
Chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cayenne, salt, assorted veggies, lavash.



smoked salmon bites
Matzoh crackers, boursin, smoked salmon, grape tomatoes, olive oil.


pear/gorganzola crostini
French baguette, olive oil, pears, gorganzola.

Judges - a big "thank you" to all of you for taking the time to assess the entries - I know some of you had unforeseen things come up but you made it work without missing a beat! Thanks again!

Congratulations Big Ron!! I, too, thought your apps looked fantastic!! They're already on my app menu for New Years!


Mrs. K.A.M., your apps looked great and that game face was priceless!!
Everyone's stuff looked really good--You folks have some really nifty ideas! Great job everyone!
