I believe that in the book series titled Foxfire they mention smoking hams with corncobs. I will do a little research and and get back to ya  |

I had chicken cooked with all corn cobs in Serbia a few years back. It did the job but I can't say it imparted any really spectacular flavor. But if you have enough of it, by all means experiment!  |
