Equal parts of Tony Chachere's Cajun Seasoning and brown sugar. Simple as that. Durned tasty, too. I use it primarily on my beer butt chicken, but it'll go great on anything...Pork butt, ribs, brisket, wild game, Cheerios, ice cream... _________________ There's a place for all God's creatures...
Right next to the coleslaw and beans! |
