This site is so cool...I just heard of it yesterday and had to join
Well my user name pretty much explains myself but to add a bit more. I am a non professional bbq'er pretty much only doing pork butts and sausages I live in a small town located between Lansing and Grand Rapids Michigan. This is my second post to the site, the first being pictures of my first attempt at smoking a fatty this just went into the smoker. I love all the ideas i've seen on this site and hope to look around a bunch more.
