Heres a picture of my first fatty that's going in the smoker in about a half hour.

This is also my first ever posting on this site just heard of it yesterday, and don't know if the picture will show up so bear with me as I try to figure this posting stuff out.....

Heres the stuffing....Onions, Portabella Mushrooms, and Bacon



And then some Parmesan Cheese



And rolled up ready for the smoker
