Thermometers???

What is the best thermometer for accurate cooking chamber temps? My chargriller dome therm. doesnt seem to be very accurate. I would like a wired model that has two probes one for chamber temp and one for meat temp. Is there such an animal?

Many folks here love digitals w/corded probes, some hate them with a passion, and rest have a love/hate thing going on. I'm firmly ensconced in the latter group, to the point that I perform CPR on dying probes while cursing their existence in the first place Very Happy

I have the one below and have no complaints. It has 2 probes and also a wireless transmitter.

I have one of the ET-7's. It's the same thing only a bigger PITA to set. I love it. Also have a Taylor on a cord, if I stay close by. I also use a turkey fryer thermometer stuck thru the door of my DBS at grate level.
