Whole deseeded deveined jalapenos stuffed with chopped smoked string cheese, chopped cherries, finely chopped onions, wrapped in bacon and dusted with a little rub.

The ABT's that I normally make contain Little smokies or ground beef/ or meat loaf mix with cream cheese and red onions and wrapped in bacon smoked at 225-250° for about 2-2.5 hrs.

I like them lots of different ways but for something different, you may want them with a baked biscuit or deep fried!

Geezuz Alien! I got fat just looking at those things! You should be required to post a medical warning with those!!

I halve Jalapenos, stuff with cream cheese and with either little smokies (halved if the peppers are small), pepperoni, italian salami, or raw shrimp.

I wrap in bacon (1/2 slices if the peppers are small), or in turkey bacon - which is surprisingly tasty.

I always sprinkle the turds with my BBQ rub. I noticed that a lot of folks don't do this but it makes such a difference.

Add a little brown sugar on top of a few of them before you smoke them. The combo of sweet and spicy is awesome!
