Apple/Bacon/Gorgonzola Cheese Fatty

Just recently if had my 9th Annual Housewarming Pig Roast. I call it a perpetual housewarming just in case someone forgot to bring a housewarming gift the first, second, third...etc, time around. Does it work? Not so much, but I always have a good crowd for the pig roast! While I was contempating breakfast for the overnight cooking crew, I wanted to do something different with the fatties. I found a recipe for a apple bacon type of fatty, but i wanted something with a real contrast also. I added gorgonzola cheese to the apple/bacon fatty and it was a hit! I recieved so many compliments on it from my cooking crew, I made up several more for the pig roast as well as about 150 ABT's.
I don't have any pictures of the fatties, as they were wolfed down as soon as we sliced them, but I will post some pictures of the Pig soon.
