Is there any way that I could get you country boys to post some pics of your smoker/yard/dog/wide open spaces/etc. I'm feelin' a little cooped up in the city. Ah, what the heck- post a pic of your wife while your at it.
smooches,

You forgot to mention pics of their guns. I think you offended them. And you spelled all the words right!

Yep....C'mon over! We like to show people around.
Where else can you be on salwater, then 45 minutes later your at 4000 feet in waist deep snow, 30 minutes later your looking at Sagebrush in the desert!
We got it all!
CRITTERTX looks like he has a nice spread! I like your yard sir!
Is that little "oinker" nervous?
Here's a pic of my "white trash" weber cover when i was cooking in the rain last weekend.
.....I put a hole in the lip and it drained into the dog's water bowl....
"Self filling"....How prophetic!
Did someone say guns??? Yeah, we like those around here...
....and we teach 'em young! (That's the only way to ensure safe firearm handling.)
Dang Honey....That one's bigger than you are!

We have something similar out here in Utah except the lake is Salt Water, you're already at 4,000 feet, though 45 minutes later you're at 7,700 - 8,200 feet at Snowbird or Alta, and then heading up the mountains on the ski lifts, or heading out West on I 80 and you're in the Sagebrush in 20 minutes or so.
The only trouble is the Great Salt Lake just isn't enough like the sea / ocean, we got almost everything else, (though the ballet and opera do have to visit from outside the area), and there's semi pro and minor league sports for the most part.
Here's a view on my drive home one night last week, great sunsets almost every day.

I have to say that's a spectacular sunset!...and i know there is some beautiful country in Utah, but you are missing that one thing...The ocean!
Washington doesn't have a "Moab" or "Redrocks" though...
Anymore shot's of that pretty country?
