Robert, that is an off the charts awesome fattie Very Happy Very Happy I tip my hat to you with all the ingredients you had going on and to hold together was amazing. Nicely done my man Very Happy
Did the bread crumbs wick most of the grease from the chorizo? I normally pre-cook mine before adding to the fattie.

I wonder how mozzarella cheese would go with that instead of the cheddar.....

Beertooth

That has to be one of the wildest fatties on here yet.
I think it would even challenge the MAN vs FOOD guy.
Great job on the fattie and the pics.

01'S281 - Thanks!

Bunqui - Thanks! Anytime!

k.a.m. - Thanks! It was a good one. I am not sure if I noticed a benefit from the bread crumbs or not. I would have to do a side by side. I just figured if I dump some in there and mix some in with the meat, they're gonna absorb something. Smile

DENALI - I should have added mozzarella! Nice and stretchy!

whitey - Thanks! Ping me when you're headed this way. Very Happy

texanx5 - Thanks! Take some pics if you do.

Boomer - Thanks bro. I think I am always trying to out do myself from the last time. Laughing

The fattie is just amazing. With wicked fatties like that the casserole is going to be short lived as the complete meal in one dish. This is one of the most amazing things I have ever seen cooked and posted up! Congrats! Well done!
