I watched my Dad grill and couldn't wait to cook for myself. Forty years later and I'm still learning. Really, just starting to really learn! Thanks to the readers here for generously sharing their successes and challenges.
1. Coals fired on half the pit. Cook hot and fast or slo and steady!
2. Full Pit with food cooking at varying temperatures / speed.
3. Large Roaster filled with a bounteous variety.
4. Can't choose just one? Try a little of everything!
