Aspirations for Memphis

Okay Memphis is a pipe dream at this point, sort of like my other dream with the PATS cheerleaders. Maybe one day I'll dream about the PATS cheerleaders surrounding me while I hoist the Grand Champion trophy.
Anyway, I have been Smoking for about 5 years now. CIA Grad with lots of cooking experience. Job change has given me the chance to play a lot more with the smoker. Perhaps eventually part take in some competitions.
Until then, love the site and the forum sharing. Lots of great ideas and plenty of experince to go around! Looking forward to reading and trying.
