Believe or not to believe?

I'm going to bbq my first event in Jan. Its only one day and only for 8 hrs. The promoter says there is going to be 10,0000 people there. Should i believe him and cook a lot? Should i only cook butts?

Where is it (January?)?

Entertainment?

How well is it promoted?

How much $$$ (fee) is it to vend there?

How many food vendors total?

Food court or spread out throughout the location?
