I grew a few habeneros last summer. Used them in chicken tika masala. It was tasty. I haven't tried a ghost pepper yet. I might chop up just a bit and put in some rice or something. I also want to grow some scotch bonnets. they are a cool looking pepper.

also a question on the ghost chili...does stripping the membrane and seeds out of it tone down the heat of it much?

The Bhut Jolokia was nicknamed the ghost pepper.....they are both the same pepper.

The membrane and seeds hold all the heat in hot peppers,stripping them will tone them down alot.
