Hey folks. I'm a food enthusiast currently living in Baltimore MD.
been smoking stuff in my Weber kettle for a couple years. picked up the cheap Brinkman this summer to give it a try. I'll be looking around here for ideas for its replacement. and other stuff.
I'm not a BBQ competition guy. Not a purist either, but I have a passion for awesome food.
the other interests: drums mainly. I play drums.
I'll start right off with some meat shots I s'pose:
me brisket
a boston butt:
I do spareribs and chickens too. food. |
