I started another project this morning and I'm sure it will be a couple of weeks before its all done getting seasoned. I have acquired another large cast iron griddle, that I intend to use on my trailer rig that has turned into an endless project that I hope to finish by spring. The griddle must have came off a retired commercial kitchen appliance, as near as I can guess. It is fairly flat and heavy.

Here are the before pics.

And after a few hours of cleaning.

It measures 36" X 21".

The camp stove its going to be used on is about 37" X 16".

Starting to get seasoned.

Hell Fire Grill that is a very cool griddle. It looks like you did a really nice job cleaning it up.

After cooking restaurants when I was younger I have always wanted a nice big flat surface like that to cook on.

You'll have to post some pics of it in action!

When I get it seasoned I'll cook up some hotcakes and eggs with hashbrowns and some homemade breakfast sausage. I cant wait to get the stove and stuff mounted to the trailer.
