Had a trial cook to get the hang of the D.O. with some 4 quarter Lamb Chops, some beef and Black Pepper sausages and some taters.

And then the next day made up some comfort grub with the left over sausages and some brown onion Gravy

The Chops with a garlic and herb Rub and the Snags

Some tater wedges

All together and getting friendly

There Done

Had some Sausages Left over
decided to have them with some brown Onion Gavy
Onions, Sausages cut, Fresh Rosemary, Fresh Garlic & and Balsamic Vinegar

Wack it all in

All Done '' Very Tasty '' didn't get a plated up pic but served with some
Mashed Potato, Pumkin and carrot and crusty White Bread,
