| Does anyone have any ideas on a low sodium rub ? I have just had to start a low sodium diet. What a challenge. Appreciate any help or ideas. |

Try Big Rons: http://www.bigronswebsite.com/BigRonsRub.html.
The rub is 20mg per tsp, which is about as low as I have seen.
You could also make nearly any rub and omit salt, or substitute something else. |
