Got home fro work and fired up the WSM to grill some chops.I buy the whole loin and slice my own boneless pork loin chops.I seasoned the chops with Head Country seasoning and brushed with Head Country Original bbq sauce.I was also picking some more hot peppers for pickling tomorrow. The garden is pretty much done except for the peppers,I picked some Cayenne's,Bhut Jolokia's and Habanero's today, these are all real hot even being green. The plants are loaded with Bhut Jolokias and Dorset Naga's,but we had a crappy summer this year and they may not all ripen in time. But I tell you even a green Jolokia is impossible to eat without the pain. Very Happy Enjoy the picks.

I plant alot of peppers in pails so I can move them around into sunny areas around the house, also the pails heat up more on sunny days and promote a better healthier plant.

Those are some beautiful looking chops. The color on those is fabulous to say the least at this end. I have some of the Head Country on the way. I hope it tastes as good as you make it look on those chops.

The garden came out real nice. As Always Well Done!

Are we still gonna see some BB on that whiskey barrel this weekend? Very Happy

C.B. awesome job on the chops. They look delicious Very Happy Your garden is still looking really nice C.B. I have Habs and Cayennes left in the garden, and the scotch bonnets are just starting to form up. I hope we have a mild winter to at least get some of the scotch bonnets put up.
Tomorrow I am going to turn up most of the garden to get ready for winter greens.

WoW Exclamation The chops look very delicious. I like your idea to cut them yourself, around here they are cut so thin you can see through them. Awesome batch of peppers going on, too. Very Happy

Nice! My peppers are just starting to come in.

I made my chicken from hell with a scotch bonnet the other night Shocked . That was the hottest pepper to date that i have eaten. I just sat on the couch while it continued getting hotter for 30 minutes after i ate it, its been a long time since i have gotten the euphoric feeling from a pepper.
