Beef roast, beef stock,little wooster sauce, onions, oregano, basil, garlic, and some S&P.

Tators, evoo,oregano, sage, and some S&P

cukes, almost CB style, used honey mustard for dressing

corndog, thanks, It must look goods because when i leave a buffet im not looking for much other than a place to sleep.

Brinnie Thanks, I ate a italian beef sammie a couple years ago when i visited Chicago restaurant. I was wanting to try to duplicate it by taste. Its been to long to rememer if it tastes simular.Everyone liked them here so its a winner in my book.

Man Morick Dutch ovens gone wild..That roast was done perfectly..Nice plate..08:00 Saturday morning and Now Im not sure would I rather have Your breakfast or the sandwhich? I will take a little of both..

morick, outstanding job on the roast Very Happy I have cooked quite a few in my DO and have never given a sandwich a thought. But I will now, nicely done my man Smile

kam, I had a sammie like this one when i was in Chicago a few years back and i thought i would try my hand in making it.

Cranky Buzzard, Thanks i enjoyed making a sammie i missed having. I dont accually remember the exact taste but i liked my sammie, i only wished i could have used a hard roll so i could "DIP" it.
