Here's a few pics of my use of my 7 qt DO, but I kinda cheated and used the oven...but hey, heat is heat...

Cooking down some onions:



Roast is browned up a little:



Seasoned up w/ beef stock, wooster, salt, pepper, and garlic:



Done cooking for about 5 hrs:



Plated out!!!




Like always, pics do not do this justice. Yes, I wanted to do some cornbread, but I had some Italian bread left over from steaks on Fri night, so made do w/ that...
