Ok, Boys and Women, here is my entry.
I made a rhubarb cake with streusel topping and red butter sauce.

Ingredients.

Batter in cast iron pot with the streusel topping ready for the smoker.

Finally k.a.m. done with the smoker so I can put my cake on.

I forgot to take a pic when it was done off the smoker.

Plated with red butter sauce.

Smokehound.. nice shot of some sauce and ice cream.. too bad you covered up you offering so we cant see how bad it turned out..

usrifle.. very nice looking pie there indeed. Extra points for the booby shot.

Kteedid63 - almost a valid entry at cheesecake, too bad it souffle'd and didnt cook properly in the middle. Nice cover up job with all that sauce, cherries, chocolate and the like. Way too busy. You must have had to pay those girls lots to look like they enjoyed it.

luckys.tater Dont know what the he!! that is supposed to be.. lots of good red dye food colouring if you ask me.

K.A.M.. That has got to be one of the nicest pecan pies I have ever seen.. I mean dude, you kicked it right out of the park...!!

Mrs. K.A.M. That would be a real nice looking dessert without all that red sauce covering up your entry.. I got to ask, what is red butter sauce..??

I can see I will have to be a late entry and submit my offering tomorrow if thats alright with the judges.
