In the spirit of Halloween (one of my favorites), I snazzed up the game face.....notice how nothing scares Tater, not even a masher.

Well here is my entry. Southern Pecan Pie, cooked on the offset with a Pecan fire.
My ingredients.


Put together and ready to cook.


On the offset.


After it set a bit I sliced it.


Topped with a cream topping and some dark roast coffee.

Oh well she is due on friday, we thought it might happen this weekend but to no avail."
