Looks awesome! I've got a Dutch Oven but haven't used it yet. You've inspired me to break it out. I think I might start with something easy like corn bread. I do love cornbread!

Looks like a heck of a nice meal to me Whitey. Nice job.

I fired up mine for the first time today. I had fun.

Sure would be nice to have a Dutch Oven topic in the Index.

Great looking pie. My son and I were going to use one out on the fire ring yesterday, just as the fire got started so did the rain Sad We ended up cooking inside. Chicken verde with rice.

I will get the recipe posted for You..It is a real nice meal..

After Lunch (The Tamale Pie) I fired up The D.O and did a batch of Chili colorado for Dinner..Very nice day of Comfort food..It rained over 2.5 inches in 12 hours so I used My bean pots on the electric range.

Wallaby
It was a toss up for Me..I was going to do a pot of Verde and a pot of Colorado But Jane said geeze they are only 2 of Us so I down scaled and went with just one dish

Beertooth I looked at Your thread..You pulled down a real nice meal..I also noticed the rain never made it over Your way..You Dog Blue skies..

Wow! Hadnt looked at a dutch oven the same since reading the thread. Now itching for one...rats, will have to go to Bass Pro.
I'll vote for a Dutch Oven forum section! Its definitely worthy seeing the food being produced!
