I was sitting outside Sat evening planning out Sundays Low Country Boil, and all of a sudden I needed a wing fix.Fired up the WSM and threw on a few wings marinated in evoo and Montreal Chicken spice, grilled them up and brushed on some Head Country Hot BBQ sauce and was good to go,made up a little salad fresh from the garden and a few roasted taters.

Just enough to satisfy my wing craving. Very Happy

These wings were just grilled over some good lump charcoal.
