I have a question for you all. I cooked two pork butts today. We just pulled and ate on one. The other I did not pull yet. Reason being because I was planning on possibly taking it in to work Friday or Saturday night for the guys at work to eat. Again it is NOT pulled, and is still in the cooler right now. (Been there since 4PM E)

How should I store this to take in for Friday? Saturday? Fridge? Freezer?

If the freezer what is the best way to reheat. Reheat will have to be in the oven. Reheat Fast? Slow?

Thanks everybody.

I'd pull it, put it in zipbags, chill it in ice, pop it in the fridge, and reheat it in a foil pan(covered, with a splash of apple juice or foil juices) in a 300* oven until hot(technically, 165* for at least 15 secs...to keep the food police at bay Wink)

....but that's just me. Wink
