This summer I was in fla for a week or so and I have been exposed to a Spicy Remoulade dipping sauce. I have to say it is probably the best dipping sauce i've ever had. I've done several, several searches on the web and i've found some recipes but I wanted to try my luck on the smoke ring first. You guys make great food.
FYI, The restaurant I ate at in daytona beach was called River Grille On the tomoka.
I was dipping everything in that sauce, it is sooooo good |

2 hard cooked egg yolks, sieved
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. paprika
1 1/2 tbsp. horseradish
Dash of Tabasco
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
salt and pepper, to taste
Found several recipes out there on the web, they all seem to be variations of this one. |

The best remoulade I've ever had was at Tujaque's in New Orleans. Now. that is classic old N'awlins cooking. MMMGood _________________ CharGriller 5050 w/ SFB
