This is a simple little dish that I'm always getting requests for.
3 eggs
6 Tbs flour
1 box frozen chopped spinach
1 lb cottage cheese
1/2 lb shredded cheddar
1/2 tsp salt
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Cook and drain spinach.
Beat eggs
Add flour and beat smooth
Add cheeses, spinach and salt and stir
spread in well greased baking dish
bake for one hour at 350
Serve with BBQ!
