ok the first one i built was this doube barrel smoker using Vogelzang parts. in my opinion you dont even need to but it is nice. cost a little to much for me to do it again.

ok so now on to the next project i had:

split single barrel grill/smoker with the right attachments inside. yes i know i went the backwards route and built the hardest one first but i hadnt even found this site until after building both of these.

when i built the single barrel i was asked to make another dozen for other people. man was that a beast of a project!!!

these things cook/smoke great!!!! the first smoke on the double barrel was about twenty pounds of venison and some rabbits. man the venison was some of the best i have ever had.

i have to agree!!! depending on how i stack shelves i can feed an army with it.

i think i am going to try to sell it though inorder to make room for bigger and better.

also just listed two stove dampers from vogelzang that are extras from double-barrel build if anyone is interested in doing one of these builds.

i would advise against buying the door kits since i think for alot less money you can make one better from standard sheet metal or metal blanks
