hey everybody i have been lurking this site for some time now and got alot of good info i figure its about time i contribute back what ever i can i have a ECB that is pretty much retired a similar smoker to the ECB only it is electric that is what i use for fish cooks them perfect and for ribs and all the other good stuff i have a char-griller smokin pro with some mods i have learned from here... oh ya i live for ribs and almost all pork products
