k.a.m. as usual you knocked it out of the park. The tri tip is perrrrfect....a beef lovers dream. I have to say that you had me at potatoe...I was sitting at the computer staring at those things Shocked and Mrs k.c. walked down the hall and said "What is that"!!?!!. There I was caught staring at the food p*rn Cool.....then Mrs k.c. came in the room and said my oh my and we were both staring at the food p*rn! Very Happy You know something is looking good when it catches someones eye from 10' away while passing by. Them taters are uhhh huhhh...gonna fix me some of them taters!
Thanks for sharing.

k.a.m., Mrs kam and Whitey I'll have to give your white sauce a try...love horseradish....always liked it with the prime rib....will have to try the white sauce with horseradish. Thanks.

Thanks C.B., Tri-Tips around here are rare indeed. On a trip to Houston a while back Necron99 called me and asked if I was interested in a few he found on sale and I jumped at the chance, He picked out some beauty's and we have one left in the freezer Sad

Thanks k.c.hawg, I am sure you will like the taters, I am already thinking of new toppings for them Laughing

Thanks Smokin Gator.

k.a.m.

The white sauce you made I think was a home run.
I judge it by one thing you can put it on anything and it tastes
great.

But the potato............. Yes the potato was a grand slam.
I think you could have won a Q contest for side or
other category with that. Your wife scares me sometimes

K.C you will love the the sauce The K.A.M s and Us came up with and it is good on everthing..

Mrs K.A.M's taters looked very good and the Tri-Tips get some Bootey..

Any time a Guy has a chance to perfect a sauce with the "K's"It is out of the park..

The sauce sounds great but IMO it looks a little thin.. You might want to think about thickening it up some so it sticks to things a little better. As it is its more of a drizzle than a sauce though I do think you got a very good flavour profile going on there.

Thanks Boomer, I will pass on the kind words to Debbie.

Thanks Big Bears BBQ.

Thanks roxy, for the input. I was hoping for your review to see what your thoughts were. It is a bit thin but Whitey's sauce originally was His dipping sauce for leg quarters so the thinness helped in that respect, He changed up the recipe a bit to work with the horseradish. We will see about adding something to give it a thicker consistency. Maybe a side note ingredient change if someone wanted a thicker consistency.

OK everyone..Jane and I also had talked about making it thicker and We thought about adding sourcream to it for a thickener? It has a great flavor but it certainly could use to be alot thicker for use with everything. Except for dipping the chicken 1/4s,Then it is perfect the way it is for that..

What do You all think sour cream?Might have to make a small batch and see,I would like it to be thick like that sour cream ranch dip We all have wipped up.Stays put..

Work in progress,Thanks for all the input..
