2 hours to 350 deg.....then spayed her down and downed a little vino to celebrate the finished product. sorry I didnt have build pics, pit was kind of part of a crime scene. I am lucky to get her home safe!

hey KAM...with the wood box empty I would say its maybe 75#. I can lift with 1 hand, but its not too light....pulls like a dream with the torsion axle and the big tires.

thanks guys....this cooker was quite a battle, but well worth it! I gotta get my ol' lady to give up the camera so I can get some cook pics. Pretty even temps so far, seems to love 225-250 with a couple small splits an hour.
