Well...could be worse - you could be in...I dunno...digging out in Oklahoma right now
I was just thinking about the flapper valves on your air intakes. If you could come up with a mechanism to make them open progressively instead of simultaneously, that would not only greatly improve the control linearity, it'd be wicked cool looking
(Flash back: I had a '67 GTO convertible with a 6-pack carb setup with progressive linkage. Very cool. And, yeah, I'm old )
