| Hi, I live on the coast in the panhandle of Florida and love to cook. I lived in N.O. for 28 years and that place can rub off on you good. I cooked at The New Orleans School of Cooking part time for a while. I love to cook anything on an open fire. Got my background from two Georgia Crackers, my mom and maternal Grandmother. Honed my skill in the Boy Scouts. I BBQ about on average twice a week usually smoking something on the weekend. I have a Weber 22 1/2 Platinum and a Great Outdoors Smokey Mountain (GOSM) wide body gas smoker. I look forward to being on the forum. |
