Hey everybody! Just registered for the forum. I've been visiting this site for some time to get tips and recipes, so I thought I'd join up and get to know some of you people!

My smoker is the basic Wal-Mart propane special. It's got the smoker box and drip pan etc.

I know....I know.....how could I use gas?

Maybe someday, I too will be able to sink some cash in to a 'pro' type rig!

Anyhow, glad to be here!

I look forward to meeting some neat people!

Hey, gas is not a problem in my book as long as you excuse yourself and don't run everyone out of the house. ba-da-ching! You mentioned something about needing a drip pan, so it may indeed be a sign of a severe problem! boooooo Wow, rough crowd.
Q is Q so long as you keep it low and slow and put some thin blue smoke to it.

We have three dogs, three birds, a horse and 6 fish I can blame the gas on.

You know....whoever's 'lingering' around me at the time!
