Bloom had their pork spare ribs too cheap to pass up I bought a slab. Here's the ribs with a dry rub and the venison tenderloin ABT's....



Here's a pic with the glaze taking shape and the chicken moved over the coals to brown (wife will only eat chicken t'loins...yes, she's defective but her momma won't take her back)...
