Did a cook for a buddy's 4 years late 50th b-day
party. 100 lbs shoulders 70 lbs ribs and 100 chicken
quarters.

Very Happy And the pics of the party were great, the guy in the back of the car looks like blowing smoke on one of his long island tea runs Laughing Thanks for sharing and nicely done Smile
So what were you cooking on the new burner setup?

k.a.m.

Thanks for all the nice things you said. Erma Lou
did put some food out over the last month and a half.
4 weddings and some parties.
The ribs I marinated in Root Beer overnight, and then
rubbed them, they were pretty good. 5 whole shoulers
20 pounds a piece, mustard and rub. The chicken a
vinegar bath and then some rub.
The guy in the back of the SUV was a tired boy, but
Deb brought his drum set down and he started perking
up after playing a while. Tell Mrs K I asked about her.

Jeff T

Thank you for the kind words. We did some improvements
on her that I posted a short while back, a crane, bigger wood
box and a rack for the propane tanks. The picture of the road
is one of my favorite places, it is not maintained in the winter
and we have a great time on it. It is like going back in time.

Thanks

Thanks for the nice words. We make corn in them. I got
two 120 qt pots for 100 bucs a piece. I figure with two
you can probably make enough bean soup for 900-1000
people. Laughing Laughing Laughing Smile Smile Smile Smile

Thanks, don't remember what Janet Jackson
called it, but I think this was almost a wardrobe
malfunction. Very very close to one indeed.

boomer, you sure are blessed to be in such a beautiful area like that. Its mostly flat here with fence lines for woods, but the scenery toward the mississippi river looks close to your pics. That freakin huge cooker you made looks awesome chuggin along. Thanks for sharing

Thanks, that road is about two miles long only fits one
car on it. It is like going back to the begining of time. Very
quiet all you hear is nature. Sometimes I just park on it and
watch the animals, allot of deer cross it, last week I saw two
small fawns playing together on the road and the creek that
runs along side it.
