I finally ordered my 22.5" WSM from Amazon.

For my first cook I made Baby Back Ribs.

They came out great! My first Smoke Ring! Very Happy

i have two racks on the offset as i type, rib tips for during the cook and some beans to make a side.

The first thing I made on my wsm when I got it almost 2 years ago was a rack of baby back ribs. I ate the entire rack right after I took these pictures.







I only used some garlic pepper and a little brown sugar. They are still the best I have ever made.

it's difficult to see, but were you using a water pan on that cook? looks like i can see some coals underneath.

Yes, I was using the water pan with water in it.

You are seeing the rib dripings floating in the water reflected back by the foil lined pan, not the coals. Very Happy
