I finally ordered my 22.5" WSM from Amazon.
For my first cook I made Baby Back Ribs.
They came out great! My first Smoke Ring!

The first thing I made on my wsm when I got it almost 2 years ago was a rack of baby back ribs. I ate the entire rack right after I took these pictures.
I only used some garlic pepper and a little brown sugar. They are still the best I have ever made. _________________ The American Atomic Buffalo Turd Society of America

Yes, I was using the water pan with water in it.
You are seeing the rib dripings floating in the water reflected back by the foil lined pan, not the coals. _________________ Michael
