Cucumber Salad

Here's a cucumber salad that my Mom has made for years. It's a big hit at pot lucks. Use equal amounts of oil, sugar and vinegar. Adjust to recipe size and to your taste.

3 cucumbers - pealed and sliced
5-6 green onions - diced
2 slices purple onion - diced
3 tomato's
1/8 cup vegetable oil - (I use Light Olive oil)
1/8 cup sugar or splenda
1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp minced garlic
salt and pepper
Dash of dill weed

Put cucumbers and onions in bowl
add oil, toss - add splenda, toss - add vinegar, toss.
add garlic and spices, toss
add tomato's toss gently
refrigerate 1 hr and serve.
