Picked up a trick and tried it last weekend. I love these little things, but I think they we're a little too spicy for some even though I did my best to remove all the seeds and membrane the first time I made them. Last weekend after I cut and cleaned the peppers, I gave them a 1/2 hour milk bath and re-rinsed before stuffing. The results were fantastic, even all the ladies had multiples . _________________ 22.5" weber kettle x3

I am cooking some tomorrow, I like when you get to start eating them and one is kinda mild and then one might light you up. We usually do some with sweet bananas for the grand kids and they love them. _________________ Always remember slow and steady wins the race.

| I use an apple corer to remove the insides. Then take some of the insides and run 'em through the food processor. Mix that with cream cheese to make the stuffing. |

I made them with a full jalap, they were too warm for the wifey, then the next time, I just used half a jalap. That made them much better. More bite size to boot, it was awesome!
Oh yeah, this place rules!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Making more tomorrow! I even got my neighbor to make the, after telling him aboot them |

I remove the seeds so i can get the cream cheese filling in,but I also add finely diced habs or scotch bonnets to my cream cheese filling if I want them hot,for the people that don't want the heat ,I do regular cream cheese and use sweet banana peppers for the wimps. _________________ Horizon Offset (Marshall RD Special)

You are missing out, they are awsome. Better make a bunch when you do, they go quick.
Here is a pic of some I did a few weeks ago. Some with cream cheese and some with pimento cheese.

I use the type that looks more like a potato peeler than a piece of 1/2"pipe. |
