Absolutely....
As its been said before its best to master a few things then trying to be good at a bunch of things. Its just doesn't seem to work out that way.
For me personally, I like perfecting things, fine tuning, and documenting exactly what happened, analysing my creation, breaking it down for what worked, what didn't.
I'm positive many guys on the forum have gotten frustrated when they know they fumbled something yet everyone liked it at one point or another. I think it is good to get yourself in the competitive mind set. Not only is everyone collectively raising the bar higher in the BBQ circuit, but for the friends and love ones and including yourself, can reap the benefits of putting out something top class. My two cents. |
